Mr R Stidwell

I have been teaching Geography for 25 years and joined Colyton Grammar School in 2002 as Head of Geography.

In 2005 I was promoted to Head of Humanities and in 2008 became Assistant Head. My key leadership responsibilities include data and assessment, reporting, examinations, and attendance. I also have overall responsibility for disadvantaged students and the school rewards systems. I am the school’s Educational Visits
Co-ordinator and Duke of Edinburgh awards verifier. In my spare time I love to interact and move through landscapes by cycling and walking. I enjoy teaching students at Colyton how Geography helps you to make sense of the world around you, striving to make lesson hands on, relevant, and fun.
