Chinese New Year Market takes place

To mark Chinese New Year, and the Year of the Snake, students studying Mandarin set up and ran stalls in our popular Chinese New Year Market, which took place in the Cottrill Hall over Lunchtime.  

Selling goods from traditional Chinese food to handmade keyrings and sweets, the hall was a flurry of activity and fun as students enjoyed both their treats and learning about the culture.  

A big thank you to the students who dedicated time to setting up, providing goods and running their stalls and to Mrs Johnson for organising the event.
