Students become South West Regional winners in Cyberfirst Capture the Flag competition

Over the half term, we had 13 students from years 12 and 13 take part in the CyberFirst Schools and Colleges Post 16 Capture the Flag Competition.
This competition offers a range of challenges that test various aspects of cybersecurity, from cyptography, digital forensics to network security. Students have the opportunity to learn new skills and test their knowledge in this series of thrilling and thought-provoking challenges designed to push the boundaries of their cyber security knowledge with teamwork that tests their hacking prowess to the max.
In a huge achievement, 3 out of 4 of our teams were in the top 4 in the South West region, with Teddie H, Calvin C and Daniel X being named the South West regional winners, each receiving Amazon and TryHackMe vouchers.
