Under 19 team play in Sisters in Sport Netball Competition

Our Under 19 Netball team travelled to Mount Kelly in Tavistock for their most recent fixture. The girls got off to a strong start leading 9-4 after the first quarter and, by half time, some clinical shooting from Immy meant that they increased their lead to 16-7.
The girls continued to work hard throughout the second half with Rosie, Flo and Poppy providing options to work the ball down the court. Mount Kelly were only able to score 3 goals in the second half, with the match finishing 39-10 to Colyton. Immy was deservedly awarded player of the match by the opposition and both umpires commented on the team’s fantastic performance. A worthwhile trip across Dartmoor - well done girls.
