Under 18 Boys football team play in National Cup

After having a bye in round one, our Under 18 boys football team were looking forward to their first game of the school football season. It was a physical encounter with Trinity School, who tested the Colyton defence on multiple occasions to no effect in the first half. Trinity couldn’t handle the counterattack and attacking play with the boys going into half time with a 2-0 lead after goals from Nathan and Mattie.  

It was much the same in the second half with Nathan adding another to make it 3-0. Trinity scored late on with a well worked goal and the final score was 3-1. We are now looking forward to the draw for the next round, well done to all involved.
