Under 15 football team play in East Devon final

Last week, our Under 15 boys football team travelled to Exmouth for the East Devon final, and what a game it was!  

The sides were evenly matched throughout the first half, and our back four defended incredibly well, with the team effectively playing through the midfield, but lacking the finishing touch around the penalty area. Ten minutes into the second half and after some dominant possession Isaac P scored a brilliant goal from the edge of the box putting us 1-0 up. The game continued to be very competitive with Exmouth scoring from a free kick to tie the game. This meant that we had to take part in a penalty shoot-out. Oscar F, Sam S, Will G and Isaac P slotted 4 in a row and Exmouth missed two meaning that we won the game with a score of 4-2! A great way to end a brilliant season.
