Innes F named Young Athlete of the Year in BBC Green Sport Awards

Last week, we announced that Colyton Grammar School student Innes F (Year 13) had been nominated in the Young Athlete of the Year category of the BBC Green Sport Awards for helping to raise awareness about the carbon footprint of sporting events. This was after she turned down the opportunity to compete in the World Cross Country Championships in Australia because of the impact that flying has on the environment.
We are now delighted to announce that Innes has now been named Young Athlete of the Year. Congratulations on this momentous achievement.
