Hockey success for Colyton Grammar School student

Year 10 student Georgia C continues to be a key player in the Devon under-15 team. Having already beaten teams from Dorset, Somerset and Cornwall back in March, the Devon team qualified for the West of England final where they played against Gloucestershire.  

The game took place recently at the University of Bristol in very hot conditions. After a close first half, Devon ran away as 5-2 winners in the second half with the help of Georgia’s pace and skill which troubled the Gloucestershire defence. Well done.
