Year 10 Geographers investigate Bristol Harbourside

Recently, Year 10 Geography classes visited Bristol Harbourside to complete their GCSE Human Geography fieldwork enquiry. Students visited four areas of Bristol’s historic harbourside area to complete a range of primary fieldwork techniques including: land use mapping, environmental quality assessments and a range of observational stimuli tasks. The fieldwork successfully allowed the students to consolidate and extend their geographical understanding via the measurement and recording of primary data.
