Congratulations to Year 9 student Zac D who won Gold in the Poomsae at 3rd Kup (Red Tag Belt). This involved performing a sequence of technical punches, blocks, strikes and kicks from memory. He also made it to the Kyrugi (Sparring) final for his age, weight and belt category, securing a silver medal in a closely fought match.
This is a great achievement, well done Zac.
